No more making whipped cream at the last possible second. Place the sugar into the mixing bowl and add the whipping cream. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks. Mix in the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined and smooth.

- Campur semua bahan kecuali butter dan garam, ulenin hingga setengah kalis.
- Setelah setengah kalis kemudian baru masukan butter dan garam.
- Uleni hingga kalis elastis. Diamkan 60 menit. Kemudian bagi2 adonan, bentuk dan berikan filling. Istirahatkan lg 40menit..
- Oven dengan suhu 180° -+25menit. Setelah keluar dr oven, olesi dg butter menggunakan kuas..
